Sean Diddy Combs Accused of Threatening to Kill Woman and Hanging Her from Balcony in Million Lawsuit

ALBAWABA – Sean Diddy Combs is facing shocking allegations of abuse, including threatening and dangling a woman from a 17th-floor balcony.

On Monday in Los Angeles, fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan sued Combs for sexual assault, emotional distress and false imprisonment in a 17-page lawsuit. Bongolan wants $10 million for her ongoing emotional pain.

Bongolan claims she saw Combs and his girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura abusing each other before the Bad Boy Entertainment founder intimidated and threatened her. In September 2016, Combs allegedly dangled Bongolan over Ventura’s balcony while yelling at her.

“The sole purpose of hanging someone over a balcony is to intentionally kill or terrorize them and rob them of any concept of control over their own autonomy and bodily safety,” said Miller Barondess attorney James R. Nikraftar. Ms. Bongolan refuses to let this horror dictate her life and demands that Mr. Combs take responsibility for the damage he intentionally and maliciously caused.

Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges, “vehemently denies” Bongolan’s allegations. “Anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of what evidence they may or may not have,” Combs’ legal representative told Rolling Stone. In the past year, Ms. Bongolan expressed her desire to sue Mr. Combs and sought legal assistance. Mr. Combs vehemently denies these serious allegations and maintains his belief in their eventual falsification.

Bongolan met Ventura in 2014 while working at Diamond Supply Co. from Los Angeles. She was a young and ambitious fashion designer. Bongolan met Combs through Ventura and thought he could offer him “once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to work” with his firm. “Ultimately, it only resulted in terror and abuse on his part,” the lawsuit says.

Bongolan worked on Bad Boy Entertainment jackets, the 2016 Bad Boy reunion tour, album covers, music videos and a Ventura clothing line for Combs and his ventures through 2018. According to her lawsuit, working with Combs led Bonngolan “to experience violence and abuse. directly and in professional environments.”

Bongolan also noted “disturbing signs of an abusive relationship” between Ventura and Combs. Those signs included Combs blowing up Ventura’s phone if she didn’t answer his calls, showing up at her apartment unannounced and “banging” on the door, and accusing others of trying to “pull his woman.”

Bongolan claims to have seen Ventura several times with bruises or black eyes, which Ventura claimed were from Combs. Bongolan says she witnessed Combs “throw a large kitchen knife at Ms. Ventura, who, acting in self-defense, threw one back” during an explosive fight.

Bongolan claims Combs soon began “directing his anger” at her. Combs allegedly cornered Bongolan and threatened her inches from her face during a Ventura photo shoot. „Sunt nenorocitul de diavol”, a spus Combs, a spus procesul. “You have no idea what I could do to you. I could kill you.”

Bongolan says he took the threat seriously because he already knew “firsthand that Mr. Combs was a violent man,” citing his relationship with Ventura and the exploding of Kid Cudi’s car following a brief fling with Ventura.

On September 26, 2016, Bongolan and her boyfriend slept in Ventura’s apartment in Los Angeles, and Combs’ warnings came true. Early in the morning, Bonngolan heard Combs yelling and pounding “violently” on Ventura’s front door.

After telling her friend to hide in a bathroom and lock the door, Bongolan says Combs entered the apartment and attacked her on the balcony. Combs tugged at Bongolan’s breasts as she struggled with him and yelled at him to leave her alone.

Combs grabbed Bonngolan by the armpits and lifted her onto the 17th-floor balcony railing, asking, “Do you realize what the hell you’ve done?” Do you know what the hell you did?” the process says.
